The basic idea behind Venice by Neudoerfler was to bring a certain lightness into the office landscape, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. There are two reasons for lifting furniture up off the floor: On the one hand, the furniture appears lighter and loses its sense of heaviness in the room, and on the other hand, the floor retains its acoustic effect throughout, so that you can concentrate on your work in a relaxed environment – for developing your potential at the workplace even more.
The Venice furniture series was developed together with the architect trio Schenker Salvi Weber. The foundation for the cooperation was already laid when the joint project "Post am Rochus" was set up. As a result of the extremely positive customer feedback, it quickly became clear that this cooperation should be continued and the trio should develop their own furniture series for series production.
