Flexible working hours Production has set working hours, but in many other roles you can choose your own. Everyone is in during the core working hours. Most of us are early risers, by the way, and on Fridays we like to start the weekend early. We live by the 4.5-day week.
Flexi days for all-in contracts There is also compensation for overtime worked. Up to three days a year can be used as flexi days and therefore as free time.
Canteen We meet for lunch in the canteen at the company headquarters. A regional partner cooks for us and ensures that our energy reserves are replenished. The prices are affordable thanks to a subsidy from the company.

Commute At our company headquarters in Neudörfl, we save ourselves the hassle of looking for a parking space. The staff car park is only a few steps away from the workplace. The train brings you conveniently to our company headquarters and the station is only a stone’s throw away from Neudoerfler. You can reach us from Vienna in around 45 minutes, from Mattersburg it’s only 15 minutes and Wr. Neustadt is just down the road. Our showrooms are also located centrally in the provincial capitals.
Sit-stand workstations As an office furniture manufacturer, it’s also particularly important to us that our employees have an ergonomic and healthy workstation. So our work tables are height-adjustable. Whether sitting or standing, you can work in whatever way you like.

Celebrations Success should be celebrated. That’s what we like to do – whether it be at our annual Christmas party, summer party, product launch or on a works council outing.
