Declaration of accessibility

Neudoerfler Office Systems GmbH strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG), as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Our goal is to provide digital content that is as inclusive and non-discriminatory as possible.

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.neudoerfler.com.

Status of compliance with the requirements

Parts of this website are partially compliant with conformance level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08).

The following incompatibilities and exceptions exist:

Non-accessible content

On the reference pages, the header cells in some tables are not correctly labeled, which means that WCAG success criterion 4.1.1 (Correct syntax) is not fully met.

Occasionally, terms or text segments in other languages are not marked with the corresponding lang attribute, which means that WCAG success criterion 3.1.2 (Language of parts) is not fully met. This is due to a lack of technical support.

Some images are missing alternative text because of incomplete editorial input, which means that this information is not accessible to screen reader users (WCAG 1.1.1 – Text alternatives for non-text content). While we strive to ensure that all images include alt text, occasional omissions may occur in day-to-day content management.

Some videos do not include subtitles or subtitles that are accessible to screen readers (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2.1, 1.2.2). Likewise, audio descriptions are not available for certain visual content (WCAG 1.2.3, 1.2.5). Media content such as product videos with sound may also lack text alternatives. However, as these videos are intended purely for visual support and do not contain additional information beyond the accompanying text, this does not significantly restrict access to the content.

The following issues are currently being addressed:

  1. Text alternatives
Podcasts currently do not have transcriptions (WCAG 1.2.1).

  2. Compatibility
PDF documents available on the website are not yet fully accessible.

Creation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on August 29, 2025.

The assessment of the website’s compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out by a third party, Getdesigned GmbH, through an evaluation of the core components of selected pages based on WCAG 2.1 AA in 2025.
