Once the quote is approved, our experts professionally integrate the selected Officeboxes into your custom floor plan. We carefully assess where each box should be placed, how pathways, distances, and workflows function, and which specifications and guidelines must be followed.
The result is an office layout based on preconfigured office furniture sets that fits your space. Clear in design. Practical in everyday use. And already included in the fixed price.
Delivery

Your selected Officeboxes will be delivered to you in accordance with your planned setup. Delivery is included in the fixed price and is organized by our service team to ensure the process from quote to finished office remains as simple as possible.
There is one exception: the Work Box from the Go Collection. It is available as a stock item and must be picked up directly at our headquarters in Neudörfl. For all other boxes, we’ll bring the office furniture to you – exactly where it’s needed.

Our technicians will professionally assemble your Officeboxes on-site and set everything up ready to go. Assembly is included in the fixed price – so your delivered office furniture quickly becomes a fully functional office setup.
There is one exception: the Work Box from the Go Collection. It is available exclusively as a stock item and must be assembled by you after pickup. The corresponding assembly instructions are, of course, included so that everything is clear. It’s that easy.
