Unipark Nonntal – Study. Learn. Work.
Located at the foot of the Hohensalzburg fortress is the new location of the University of Salzburg’s Faculty of Art and Humanities. The Unipark Nonntal with its modern, airy look, is an architectural eye-catcher in Salzburg’s highly traditional Old Town.
Tradition meets modern.
The new Unipark of the University of Salzburg offers space for around 350 teaching staff and a good 5,500 students. With its large glazed surfaces, both on the outer façade and internally, the building conveys a feeling of lightness and transparency and integrates extremely well into the Old Town, despite its modern design.
Learn, read, research.
At the heart of the Unipark is the extensive library, which offers all students the necessary basis for successful studies with an inventory of approx. 400,000 media items. Sufficient space to learn, read and research is provided by Neudoerfler work tables, which are equipped with power outlets as well as their own security locks for laptops and reading lamps.
For active cooperation.
The light-drenched seminar rooms offer a feel-good atmosphere to balance often stressful student life, but also provide the right environment for concentrated work and collaboration. The simple Neudoerfler Uni:Tables once again prove themselves to be bestsellers for seminars, workshops and study rooms. They are versatile and highly functional, thanks to their limitless design possibilities.
